At Xmas dinner with my family on Sunday, my very narrow-minded very vanilla stepmother asked DC about the Boy and I'm so proud of her! She may not understand (or *want* to understand) about the Boy but she was asking intelligent questions and seemed to care about the answers. YAY! It's a step in the right direction and I'm so tickled.
