The party was a success. YAY! Lots of ass beating and tears. My torso is a mass of welts and bruises. I'm still picking wax off my legs, despite a hot shower. Oh, and I have strangulation petechia all over my neck that is totally not hideable. Whoops. My cover story is an allergic reaction to a new perfumed lotion. I'm waiting for my jaw to bruise from being slapped but the coast is clear for right now. Face bruises will raise some serious suspicion that I won't be able to talk my way out of, even if I say it was all consensual. Double whoops. We shut the dungeon down, which has not happened in a long time.
No matter what other surprise bruises pop up, it was worth it. It's *always* worth it.
